Gravity sorting
This is a device used to separate the different weight of slaughtered poultry and its designed and production mechanically.
For this purpose user puts the carcasses to the side of the machine and the plates after turning was drained chicken in its respective weight.

Transport cage Rail
The device is designed to convey the cages of live poultry into the underside of the slaughter line that users simply hang the live poultry out of the cage on hook.
Cage-washing
This machine is designed for cleaning chicken cages and in two stages with help of the high – pressure pump with a backpack full of water then wash cage with clean water.
Shockers
This device is designed with fiberglass body and a shock and it has a panel for shock. By passing live poultry from shocker a certain amount of shock by electrical current from the device enters to the birds so unmoved by the slaughter poultry operation is easy.
Scalder
This machine is designed to prepare chicken for the plucking. It does this by passing the carcass by the slaughter line through scalder and drowned body in the hot water.
Plucking
This machine is designed for the isolation of chicken feathers from poultry carcass so the carcass passing through rotating disks containing rubber fingers plucking chicken feathers from the carcass. Usually at the slaughter line two plucking machine to be installed that the second is as a finisher and it’s for removing feathers on poultry carcass.
Cutting head
This machine is designed to separate the head from the carcass of slaughter poultry and by passing carcass with guide and levers of machine chicken is completely separated from the carcass.
Bird-washing
This machine is designed for washing chicken carcass after slaughter, plucking and discharge offal and by passing carcass through it by using of spray nozzles, the poultry is washed. This helps to reduce pollution and the blood volume in the chiller.
Cutting leg
This device is designed for separation the chicken’s leg from slaughter line after cutting leg. And by passing the slaughter hook through its destruction by a lever machine leg of chicken separated and directed into cones.
Chiller
The device is designed to cool the carcasses at the end of the slaughter line by cutting leg, it transmitted by shooting into the chiller and inside of it with cold water and turbulence of the air blower, the chicken cooled and washed well and yet by screw chiller forwarded pass. Usually at slaughterhouse at last two chillers are used to prevent water pollution and carcasses washed in two stages.
Ice-crusher
This machine is designed for crushing ice mold to facilitate cooling water chiller and put the ice in the machine compartment, and ice steel tube quickly converts into small pieces.

Gizzard cleaning machine CO-FG
The device is designed to separate the fat around the gizzard. And to drive circulation in the palm and fingers rubber and also water loss removed the fat of gizzard. It is removed from cone of machine.

Cutting gizzard CO-CG
This machine is designed for cutting gizzard and automatically by Solar Teflon transfers each gizzard to the cutting blade and then cutting-gizzard from under side of machine is removed. The two models, one-unit and two-unit are will be produced. The two-unit is used for small gizzard and other is for the largest one.

CO-P gizzard skinning machine
The machine is designed to separate the yellow skin of gizzard. It has two spiral screws with fine teeth, with the gizzard in front of it without damaging the user’s hand; separate the yellow skin of gizzard.

Bird- packaging cones
Special cones are designed for chicken carcasses in plastic packaging while the opening of plastics, put the chicken to inside of it easily. Usually the cones proportional to the weight of slaughter poultry is produced in two sizes, large and small.
