This device consists of a stainless steel or galvanized pool that in the lower part, there is a fire tube. It heated by gas burner or diesel. Directly by installing blades, it will lead the water in the pool to the optimum temperature. In the upper of the protection for the integration of baskets containing chickens leg that has been installed on the user’s device monitoring, and chicken is ready to be peeled.

This device consists of a fixed laver with removable pan of stainless steel pan and the body contains of rubber fingers. Every twenty Kg of chicken’s leg of output scadler thrown and by rotating the device pas and dealing with each other, also by rubber fingers, the chickens leg skinned. Over time, the resulting skin from the gap between the body and the pan is poured out. During this operation, this helps user with small shovels continuously and without power assist to move its leg and at the same time to maintain the heat, pour hot water on it. Finally, rinse with cold water and the leg without skin from the side of the device is removed.

Peeled chickens leg after separation and removal injured legs by the users, placed on the slots on the side of the conveyor. Then chickens leg cut by steel blades and converted into two pieces, each separated by shooting. Resulting paws with conveyor is driven into the finisher. The legs are carrying the waste, thrown into the basket.

two-units models  
This device has designed and built of a conveyor belt with special grooves on the sides. The product is poured by users onto the tray. Then users removed the chicken’s leg from the trays and put it in the grooves on both sides of the bar. It is directed toward the cutting blades.
